Job description:
1. Working in technical support center environment
2. Technical response for service calls – tier 1
3. Managing support calls via CRM application until case closure
4. Performing system diagnostics via remote tools
Profile:
1. Practical engineer (Electrical or Electronics) – Must
2. French speaker – Must
3. Fluent English (including reading and writing) – Must
4. Experience with high voltage systems – preferred
5. Experience in customer service or support center – advantage
6. Driving license – Must
7. Willing to work extra hours
8. Experience with Solar systems installations – Advantage
9. Ethernet communication knowledge – Advantage
